Course descriptions and objectives: This graduate-level course is focused on the emerging biomedical electronics which should create innovative solutions for today's health problems and pose new challenges for the Electronics Engineering community to build new bridges at the frontiers of Biomedical Engineering. This course is for students who wish to familiarize themselves with biomedical electronics and may commit to go on to do biomedical electronics and instrumentations research, or to work in the biomedical electronics industry.

Track 1. Students who do the term project (graduate students) - 40 % VLSI BioCAS Book Chapter Presentation - 30 %Term Project Proposal - 30 % Term Project Final Report Track 2. Students who DON’T do the term project (good for senior students & non-EE major graduate students) - 40 % VLST BioCAS Book Chapter Presentation - 60 % Bio-Design Book Study Report (a 2-page report on each stage; 6 stages total)
