概述
本課程將闡明光電半導體材料的各種重要特性,並對發光二極體(Light-emitting diodes, LED)與雷射二極體(laser diode, LD)的工作原理與元件結構有較為深入的探討。
先修科目
修課者應有工程數學與近代物理的基礎,若有電磁學背景尤佳。
