Experienced project managers agree that the procedures used for project management vary from company to company and even among individuals within a company. Although each manager has his / her own management style, basic principles apply to all project managers and projects. This course is to provide the principles and techniques of project management from the owner's conceptual phase, through coordination of design and construction, to project completion.

Grade: Total = Quiz score *0.2 + Homework*0.2 + Mid-exam score*0.3 + Final-exam score *0.3 Note: students with a positive learning attitude in the class will get 10 points as the bonus.
