概述
教導學生消化學之基本知識及新進之發展,結合基礎醫學的背景,幫助學生順利邁入臨床醫學。修完本科目後,學生應有消化學基本的學識,並對理學檢查及消化學的特殊檢查等有所認識,便於日後與臨床見習、實習時銜接。本課程亦期望誘導學生主動求知的精神,兼以培養關懷病人的同理心。 在本章節中,學生將會學習如何診療胃腸道和肝膽疾病的患者。 胃腸道相關疾病一直是臨床醫學中重要的部分。病史詢問及理學檢查是正確診斷的基石。 生化數據和病毒學標記進一步的為理解各種肝臟疾病提供了重要資訊。 臨床訊息和實驗室數據的結合可推演至正確的診斷和最佳的處置,進而解決患者的問題。 了解這些疾病很大程度上有助於將醫學生轉變為合格的醫師。
