本課程旨在探討中醫在自體免疫性疾病領域的臨床應用和研究,同時要求學生具備中醫內科學的基礎。自體免疫性疾病是一類由免疫系統對自身正常組織產生異常反應的疾病,這些疾病涉及多個系統和器官,需要有豐富的中醫內科學知識作為支持。本課程將結合中醫理論、臨床實踐和內科學知識,探討自體免疫性疾病的病因、病機、診斷和治療。 課程目標: 1.瞭解自體免疫性疾病的中醫病因病機觀點,並結合內科學知識進行綜合分析。 2.掌握自體免疫性疾病的中醫診斷方法和技巧,並能夠進行全面的中醫辨證。 3.熟悉中醫在自體免疫性疾病治療中的常用方法,包括針灸、中藥方劑、食療等。 4.學習中醫治療自體免疫性疾病的臨床案例,加強臨床應用能力。 5.培養對自體免疫性疾病的綜合性理解,並能夠結合中醫和西醫觀點,提供綜合治療方案。 6.通過完成本課程,學生將能夠瞭解和應用中醫在自體免疫性疾病領域的臨床實踐,並能夠運用中醫內科學知識提供綜合治療策
基礎中醫理論:具備中醫理論基礎知識,包括陰陽五行理論、臟腑學說、經絡理論等。 中醫診斷學:熟悉中醫診斷方法和技巧,包括望、聞、問、切四診。 中醫內科學:具備中醫內科學的基礎知識,包括常見內科疾病的病因、病機、診斷和治療等方面的理解。
