1. 認識全球供應鏈下移工的市場概況,以及其對全球勞動力的影響。 2. 認識移工健康的重要性,還有在移工過程中常需面對的問題。 3. 了解與思辨移工健康倫理,權力與特權、文化與歧視。 4. 認識移工健康風險:了解不同行業、職業和工作環境對移工健康可能產生的各種風險,並學習如何識別、評估和管理這些風險。 5. 認識移工下一代所遇到的健康議題。 6. 掌握移工健康促進的策略,及強化移工健康管理能力。 7. 思考如何提升移工健康意識,且提高社會對移工健康議題的關注和重視。 1. Understand the market overview of migrant workers in the global supply chain and their impact on the global workforce. 2. Recognize the importance of migrant workers' health and the common issues they face throughout the migration process. 3. Understand and reflect on the ethics of migrant workers' health, power and privilege, culture, and discrimination. 4. Identify various health risks faced by migrant workers in different industries, occupations, and work environments, and learn how to assess and manage these risks. 5. Understand the health issues faced by the next generation of migrant workers. 6. Master strategies for promoting migrant workers' health and strengthen the ability to manage migrant workers' health. 7. Reflect on how to raise awareness of migrant workers' health and increase societal attention and concern for migrant workers' health issues.
