護理哲理與知識建構

此課程目的是讓護理博士生認識科學知識和護理理論的發展與歷史,引導學生反思護理現象的本質與哲理,以及探究護理知識的內涵及新知建構可能的發展模式,期望學生在認識東西方哲學思想,將科學探究(scientific inquiry)的方法與護理現象相關哲理應用於實務上。並從中分析護理知識發展的型態(patterns of knowing),以及照護的意義和價值、理論與實踐活動之間的關係和行動等。 Course Objectives Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to: 1. Investigate the nature of the nursing phenomenon by using philosophical perspectives 2. Conduct a concept analysis 3. Understand the knowledge and theory development trend and strategies 4. Study major patterns of knowing in nursing 5. Ascertain the relationships between knowledge synthesis and concept development 6. Analyze the process of concept and theory development in nursing

此課程目的是讓護理博士生認識科學知識的發展與歷史,引導學生反思護理現象的本質與哲理,以及探究護理知識的內涵與新知建構可能的發展模式,期望學生認識東西方哲學思想,將科學探究(scientific inquiry)的方法與護理現象相關哲理應用於實務上。課室中將透過護理現象相關哲理的討論,探究護理現象的結構與發展,分析護理知識發展的型態(patterns of knowing)以及照護的意義和價值,以及理論與實踐活動之間的關係等。因此,本課程將探討護理概念分析和護理理論發展的主要方法與評值,並經由現象觀察、概念形構知識整合發展之間的實際演練,學生可以習得對所選擇有興趣的護理現象相關之概念和理論介入型態與措施進行資料收集、評值與批判,刺激尋覓一個具創新和適用性的概念形成和理論架構的可能性。
