概述
This course is designed to offer students an introduction to leadership and motivation. It is expected that all students will acquire an understanding of the theories, practices, and issues pertinent to leadership and motivation.

課程由教師講授,以簡報為主,以個案為輔。
評分方式
1.Homework and Assignments: (1) 團體課堂報告(30%) 本課程2人為一組,請於當周報告前的周日下午1點前,將簡報上傳至E3平台。 課堂指定文章報告:每組需報告兩篇文章,請製作至多10頁的簡報,每組報告時間20分鐘。 (2) 個人報告(40%) 以質性或量化研究方法瞭解實務企業激勵與領導相關議題。 3.評量方法 Group Assignments (30%), Individual Report (40%), Attendance (10%), and Impression (20%)
