概述
本課程提供金融機構運作與管理之基本知識,討論各類金融機構在金融市場之角色與營業模式,提供同學未來進入金融機構就業的基礎知識。課程內容分析商業銀行、投資銀行、保險公司、證券商、共同基金、租賃公司等金融機構之基本獲利模式、並強調金融機構風險管理,涵蓋市場風險、利率風險、信用風險、流動性風險、及作業風險之衡量與管理。內容並連結近期金融海嘯的重大衝擊,分析其成因、影響、和後續變化,包括資產負債表外項目、證券化等因素的對市場的影響。課程中也會討論金融科技的新趨勢。

先修科目:財務管理 修課學生須具備中文聽課及中文閱讀能力 Students must possess abilities to read and listen Chinese.

多數課程由教師講課,課程教材PPT可由e3平台下載。 期中期末考試以英文出題,不提供中文試題。 不提供事後補考或提前考試的服務, 如有任何原因不能參加考試,請勿選本學期課程。 課程內容與上課方式若有更動,將於課堂宣佈。
