「光電科技導論」上課內容以「光電工程」課程為主,著重理論與實驗(「光電實驗」)的配合,使修課的學生能真正的了解幾何光學與波動光學,利用這些原理來設計光學系統,進而學習「光電子學」之核心理論與技術,如晶體光學、傅氏光學、光電子學及光學量測等。期使學生能夠熟知光電工程原理,以實驗解識應證這些光學的現象;進而運用光電子學理論與技術,來整合與發展光電系統工程。
