概述
學習臨床常見過敏免疫症的臨床表現、診斷及治療。過敏的範圍從較輕微的皮疹、水疱到氣喘發作乃至於過敏性的休克等都包括在內。而免疫病則泛指免疫系統功能低下或失調所造成的病症,諸如:先天性免疫功能不全或缺乏、紅斑性狼瘡、乾燥症候群、硬皮病、發炎性肌炎、抗磷脂症候群、貝西氏症及各類的血管炎等,皆屬於免疫病的範疇。 學生修完微生物學、免疫學後修習過敏免疫風濕病學是適當的。抵抗外來感染的防禦力依靠免疫系統,不正常的免疫力又會誘發風溼免疫等相關疾病。此課程之目的,為讓學生對臨床上免疫學的應用,以及各種醫院中經常遭遇的免疫風濕疾病有所認識。
