概述
介紹化學分子到生物分子(醣類、脂質、蛋白質、核酸)的的生物化學性質、巨分子結構。 再到這些生物分子在細胞中的代謝、調控、訊息傳導、能量的流動,最後可連結到實際的臨床疾病。 這些基礎理論有助於瞭解生命現象的運作機轉、並且理解理論有助於瞭解生命現象的運作機轉、並且理解人類疾病發生的原因。
