由於目前醫療機構的資訊化需求繁多,且缺乏照護業務作業與流程整合的資訊系統,往往無法回應管理層面的實務需求及醫療照護創新的挑戰。因此本課程由醫療資訊系統專案出發,介紹企業架構(Enterprise Architecture,EA)與專案管理(Project Management)兩種醫療資訊系統發展與管理的方法,培養學生的系統設計與發展的基本概念,瞭解醫療機構發展資訊系統過程中專案管理的概念與重要議題,藉由案例教學、課堂討論、經驗分享、自主同儕學習等教學活動,增進學生對醫療機構在應用與推動科技資訊的相關管理知識。 學生修習本課程後能夠 1. 瞭解企業架構(Enterprise Architecture)的基本概念 2. 認識The Open Group Architecture Framework(TOGAF)架構框架 3. 瞭解醫療資訊專案管理(Project Management)的概念與方法 4. 討論企業架構和專案管理在醫療機構推展資訊系統與科技產品的應用現況
