蛋白質降解是細胞中不可或缺的重要機制之一,其係經由一系列反應將蛋白質等進行瓦解成小片段胜?或胺基酸,以利細胞再度回收重新製作出新蛋白質。然而,現今許多研究發現蛋白質降解系統的異常,往往會造成許多疾病發生,如癌症。本課程將介紹如何應用各式蛋白質降解機制去探討中草藥萃取物質治療癌症之相關機制。Protein degradation is one of the most important mechanisms in cells. It uses a series of reactions to promote the proteins to digest into small fragments of peptide or amino acids, which can be used to produce a new protein. However, many studies show abnormalities in protein degradation systems often cause many diseases, such as cancer. This course will introduce how to use the protein degradation systems to explore the anticancer mechanisms of Chinese herbal medicine.
