護理研究

Course description 本課程旨在培養學生應用有系統的科學方法探討護理現象的能力,將介紹護理研究在知識發展及臨床應用之角色、功能及價值。經講解及研究案例討論,闡述主要之量性及質性研究方法之概念與研究過程,同學經由研究計劃之設計及發展過程得以實際的應用護理研究概念、步驟及研究方法。此外,並培養學生分析及評值護理研究報告之能力。 This course aims to cultivate students' ability to apply systematic scientific methods to explore nursing phenomena. It will introduce nursing research's role, function, and value in knowledge development and clinical application. After explanations and research case discussions, the concepts and research processes of the main quantitative and qualitative research methods are explained. Students can apply nursing research concepts, steps, and research methods to the design and development process of the research plan. In addition, it also develops students' ability to analyze and evaluate nursing research reports. Course Objectives 1. 確認護理研究工作在知識發展及臨床應用之角色與價值。 2. 確認研究目的及研究問題。 3. 形成研究假說及研究概念架構。 4. 了解文獻查證之目的、過程及書寫方式,進行完整的文獻查證。 5. 組織及綜合整理與研究相關的文獻。 6. 確認量性研究設計之種類及特性。 7. 確認質性研究設計之種類及特性。 8. 能夠批判量性研究統計分析的適當性。 9. 能夠批判質性研究的可信賴度及嚴謹度。 10. 分析研究中倫理議題並評判其於研究報告中的適宜性。 11. 能夠評判研究報告之設計及過程上的優缺點。 1. Confirm the role and value of nursing research in knowledge development and clinical application. 2. Confirm the research purpose and research questions. 3. Form a research hypothesis and research conceptual framework. 4. Understand the purpose, process, and writing method of literature review, and conduct a complete literature review. 5. Organize and comprehensively compile literature related to the research. 6. Confirm the types and characteristics of quantitative research designs. 7. Confirm the types and characteristics of qualitative research design. 8. Be able to critique the appropriateness of statistical analysis in quantitative research. 9. Be able to critique the trustworthiness and rigor of qualitative research. 10. Analyze ethical issues and evaluate their appropriateness in the research report. 11. Able to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the design and process of research reports.
