This course introduces students to the fundamental principles and biomedical applications of optical microscopy. Students will learn essential concepts of light microscopy, modern microscopic techniques, and their practical implementations in biological imaging. Through theoretical study and hands-on experience, students will master various microscopy methods while understanding their advantages and limitations. The course emphasizes the connection between optical physics and biological imaging, aiming to enable students to quickly grasp microscopy principles and applications.
