課程概述與目標: 本課程在介紹基礎的管理概念與理論,包括規畫、組織、領導、控制等管理功能,以及整合性的管理議題,如組織文化與環境、全球環境、創新與變革等等,使學習者瞭解當代企業經營管理的本質與整體的概念。 This class provides the fundamental management knowledge from planning, organization, leading to controlling. 課程目標: (1) 有系統地瞭解規劃、組織、領導、控制的管理程序。 (2) 應用:藉助個案研討、實做調查、閱讀與寫作,讓同學學習對於特定狀況的分析能力。 In this course, we will investigate basic management topics from planning, organization, leading to controlling. At the end of the semester, the student will be able to describe: * the fundamental aspects of business enterprise * the main theories in business management * the elements of business activities * the major issues in this field

1.學期作業、考試、評量 (1) 學期作業、考試、評量 A. 作業及缺席:20% 評分內容:課堂表現佔10% + 出席佔10%:全勤10分,每缺席一次扣1 分,兩次遲到或早退算一次缺席)。 B. 學期考試 :60%(期末考 20%; 二次期中考各20%) 考試範圍:每次4章,以選擇題為主。 C. 學期分組報告:20% 評分內容:口頭報告佔:10%,紙本報告佔:10% (2) 評量方法 A. 期末考:20% B. 期中考:40% (分二次舉行,各20%) C. 作業、缺席:20% D. 學期分組報告:20% 1. Evaluation and Grading Policy: (1) Attendance and class performance:20% class performance 10% + attendance 10%; one point off for absence; one point off for 2 late show up (2) Exams: 60% (Mid-term exam 1 and 2: 20% each; Final Exam 20%) Questions include: True & False; multiple choices; fill in the blanks (3) Group class presentation 20% 10% for oral report and 10% for written report
