| 第 4 週 | 第四堂課 做實驗。 自由活動。 你可以在自己的研究實驗室做實驗。 也可以來教室用玩具顯微鏡練習基本技能。 [任務] 目標:用自己研究實驗室裡面的顯微鏡,拍出解析度高、有立體感的照片。 測試1:哪一個介質最適合你的樣本,影像解析度、立體度最好?為什麼? 測試2:請拍攝4張照片,排一成一排 -上光 -下光 -暗視野 -特技 哪一個配置,最適合你的樣本,為什麼? Experiment day. You can do your experiment in your research lab. You can also come to the class room, use the demo microscope, practice the skills. [Assignment] Subject: Eventually, use the microscope in your research lab, take pictures of your sample, and try your best to achieve high resolution and stereoscopic quality. Test 1:Which is the best medium for your ample? Why? Test 2: Take 4 pictures, and put them in a row: - top illumination - bottom illumination - dark field - special feature of your microscope Which configuration is the best for your sample? Why? |
