一、 課程目標 The goal of this course is to let student understand the current application of optogenetics, chemogenetic, magnetogenetic, sonogenetic and calcium imaging in neuroscience. 二、課程概述 This is an introductory level course of teaching optogenetics. After this course, students will be able 1) to illustrate the current development of optogenetics, chemogenetics and magnetogenetics. 1) to read and analyze the calcium imaging technology 1) to criticize the current development of micro-control technology 這是一個關於光遺傳學的入門課程。學生可經由這堂課學習應用於神經科學的遺傳學基礎知識,包含光遺傳學、鈣離子攝影,以及其他使用遺傳學相關的神經科學技術
