This course is specially designed for international students who like to learn mandarin and also like to sing. The course will be conducted in the form of topics and songs. It is mainly divided into two parts. One part is about learning songs chosen by the teacher, and the other part is about learning songs recommended by students. In terms of learning content, in addition to learning the meaning of lyrics, the meaning of songs and how to sing the melody, students will also be encouraged to design activities to introduce songs. I hope this course will allow students to fully experience the fun of learning Chinese and singing. Students, at the end of this course, are expected to be able to: - talk about the type and the content of some songs. - describe the characteristics of one's favorite songs. - pick up vocabulary and grammar through topics and songs. - appreciate the beauty of songs and the joy of creation.
It is recommended that students who have finished "Chinese IV" (and above) to take this course.
