概述
課程概述與目標: 希望同學上完Integument區段後即使不能像皮膚科醫師一樣能「一眼定江山」,也能有足夠的知識來處理皮膚病患者;當以後到醫院實習時,能很快進入狀況。當然完整的學習過程還是要同學能多找機會接觸實際的患者,與大講堂授課內容相印證,如此印象才會深刻。 皮膚病學教學目標在於教導學生認識皮膚病灶、熟悉常見皮膚科的檢查、能認識常見皮膚疾病的臨床及病理特徵、並能熟悉皮膚疾病的治療方式及可能副作用。希望能讓同學在有限的時間內學習如何正確描述皮膚病變(primary skin lesions, secondary skin lesions),熟悉基本的檢查(scraping and KOH examination, patch test),認識常見的皮膚疾病(如濕疹及皮膚炎、乾癬、青春痘、皮膚類澱粉沉著症、黴菌感染、細菌感染、病毒感染、疥瘡、藥物疹、色素疾病、自體免疫水泡病、內科疾病的皮膚表徵...),並能診斷這些皮膚病,同時學習皮膚藥理學和簡單的皮膚病治療原則。
