綜合臨床護理學實習(一)

課程概述 本課程提供學生臨床持續性照護之實習,使學生實習時間能集中,與個案有長時間、持續性的照護並能評估個案可運用之資源,將所學的之護理知識、技能與情意能運用於臨床實務中,並培養學生的自主性及發展護理專業的能力。 Course description This course provides students with a clinical continuous care internship so that students can concentrate their internship time, have long-term and constant care with the patient, evaluate the resources available to the patient, apply the nursing knowledge, skills, and emotions learned in clinical practice, and cultivate students' autonomy and ability to develop nursing profession. 課程目標:學生於完成本課程後,可具備下列能力 1.熟悉實習單位常見疾病之檢查、治療與護理技術 2.有效的與個案及家屬、健康團隊人員溝通,建立良好的互動關係 3.以護理專業知識與實證理論為基礎,評估個案的健康問題,及滿足個案的健康需求 4.促進個案自我照護系統的穩定、及增加個案家庭及自我照顧之能力 5.提供個案個別性、整體性、持續性的護理 Course objectives: After completing this course, students can have the following abilities 1. Be familiar with the examination, treatment, and nursing skills of common diseases in the care unit 2. Effectively communicate with the patient, family members, and health team members to establish a good interactive relationship 3. Based on nursing professional knowledge and evidence-based theory, evaluate the health problems of the patient and meet the health needs of the patient 4. Promote the stability of the patient's self-care system and increase the family and self-care ability of the patient 5. Provide individual, holistic, and continuous care for the patient

內外科護理學暨實習課程

實習含三天小夜14:00-22:00 兩天大夜24:00-8:00 (依實習單位常規時間調整)

1.臨床表現:55% (臨床表現評分,含學生自評及老師評分) 2.實習心得:10%依實習目標,每週撰寫一篇心得並上傳至e3,最後一週為實習總心 得。 3.個案報告:25% 書寫格式:請參照附件並上傳至e3。 4.臨床討論會參與程度10%:每週與實習指導老師討論。 5.實習評值 (1)綜合護理學實習(一)評值表(評值會議時間:學生自行跟單位護理長約時間) 實習檢會議記錄請上傳e3 (2)實習課程評值表(實習第三週結束前,上e3填寫)。 6.按時上傳實習心得、個案報告、會議紀錄、課程評值表,視情況酌予加分。
