能藉由蛋白質及DNA純化分離及定量相關實驗介紹與操作,加強對生物化學及分子生物學基本知識及技能,在面對日新月異的醫學科學研究相關內容能有更深刻的了解。 1. 蛋白質分離純化及定量 2. 蛋白質分析 3. 染色體DNA的分離與純化 4. 聚合酵素鏈鎖反應 5. 限制酵素切割片段多型性分析 This biochem lab course provides hands-on experience for students to learn the basic principles of protein and DNA purification and quantification and interpret the results. Getting knowledge and skills in basic Biochemistry and Molecular Biology is necessary to fully understand normal physiology and diseases in modern biomedical research. 1. Protein purification and quantitation 2. Protein analysis: Electrophoresis for Protein Separation 3. Chromosome DNA extraction and quantitation 4. Polymerase Chain Reaction,PCR 5. Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (RFLP) and Bioinformatics
