一、課程概述: 介紹何謂長照,國內長期照護的現況、問題、與解決方案,本課程旨在先透過長期照顧體系來瞭解台灣與不同國家現行的長照政策,以讓學生對於長照政策具基本認識。後續將從重要長照議題切入,來探討不同政策與解決策略之內容與影響,對現存政策與策略,提出具體可行的建議,並提出對長期照護服務未來發展與新趨勢的建言。本課程希望學生可以全球視野全面了解長期照護體系,以培養獨立思考和決策的能力。 二、學習目標: 課程結束學生能 1. 瞭解國內外現行之長照服務體系。 2. 分析長照政策法令與策略在高齡社會的重要性。 3. 瞭解長照政策之形成的過程與影響(政策問題、方案、行動、結果與實行)。 4. 瞭解分析長照財務、科技輔具、安寧緩和、高齡友善食品、失智症與長照移工等政策與特定議題。 5. 分析長照服務體系、政策與策略在前述特定議題之適當性。 6.了解分析不同專業在特定長照議題之角色與功能。 7. 瞭解長照體系與政策法令,對個人、家庭、社區、社會與國家的影響。
期末報告: 請每組選定有興趣的長照議題,說明選擇該議題的原因或重要性、比較台灣與其他國家的狀況、建議新增或修正的法規或政策及其內容。 報告分組與時間將視修人數機動調整。
