專題演講F-產業博士組

一、出席規定: 1. 授課地點:博愛校區賢齊館1F聯強國際會議廳。 2. 演講時間:公告於E3教學平台、系所網頁[最新消息](開學第一週及每次演講前皆會公告提醒)。 3. 點名:現場掃QR-code簽到,簽到連結投影在講台布幕,只開放10分鐘(1:20-1:30),每次上課都是新的連結,不重複使用。簽到完成會自動寄送副本給作答者,請務必確認資料無誤&及時簽到,遲到視為缺席。 4. 缺席或請假3次(含)以上(也就是最多只能缺席2次),學期成績以不及格論。 5. 若經查證有代理簽到、轉傳簽到連結、人未出席但取得連結遠端簽到者,學期成績以不及格論。 二、作業繳交: 1. 繳交期限: 每次演講,請於隔日中午12:00前將心得報告上傳至E3,且原創性比對之相似度必須低於10%。超過時間系統將關閉,亦不受理補交作業。缺交作業&相似度高於10%視為缺席。  報告內容:中英文皆可,內容1至2頁A4紙,請寫上日期_學號_姓名。  報告檔名:日期_學號_姓名 (例:0928_410355XXX_傅攀達) 2. Turnitin 原創性比對: 報告禁止抄襲或不當引用,助教會設定於E3系統收報告時自動做Turnitin原創性比對,若相似度超過10%,則當次以「缺課」論。 3. QA: 演講期間與講者詢問與演講內容直接相關的問題,該堂課向助教登記學號姓名,可抵免該次作業。每次演講允許五位學生抵免作業。 4. 跨校選課者,請與本校課務組申請E3系統權限,於E3上傳心得報告,助教會設定於E3系統內收報告時自動做Turnitin原創性比對。 5. 每學期一次的心理諮商師演講/宣導,該次演講不需繳交報告。 6. 專題演講課程以「通過」或「不通過」為成績。 三、課程公約 由於演講廳投影及擴音設備極易受到電子訊號的干擾,上課期間請關閉無線網路連線。 未經同意請勿側錄及散播演講內容。 四、課程助教聯絡方式 白瑄勤 胡翔皓 I. Attendance Policy: 1. Lecture Venue: International Auditorium Hall, 1st Floor, Bo-Ai Campus, Bio-ICT Building 2. Lecture Time: Announced on the E3 teaching platform and the department/institute website [Latest News] (reminders will be posted in the first week of the semester and before each lecture). 3. Roll Call: On-site QR code check-in. The check-in link will be projected on the stage screen and will only be open for 10 minutes (1:20-1:30 PM). Each class will have a new, unique link. Please be sure to check in on time. Late arrivals will be considered absent. 4. Students who are absent or take leave 3 times or more (meaning a maximum of 2 absences are allowed) will receive a failing grade for the semester. 5. If it is verified that someone has checked in for another person, forwarded the check-in link to others, or obtained the link for remote check-in without attending in person, the semester grade will be a failing grade. II. Report Submission Rules: 1. For each lecture, please upload your reflection report to E3 by 12:00 noon on the next day. The system will close after the deadline, and late submissions or make-up assignments will not be accepted. Missing an assignment will be considered an absence. 2. Asking the speaker questions directly related to the lecture content can be used to waive the assignment for that lecture. 3. Five students will be allowed to waive the assignment for each lecture. 4. Reports are prohibited from plagiarism or improper citation. The teaching assistant will set up the E3 system to automatically perform a Turnitin originality check when collecting reports. If the similarity rate exceeds 10%, it will be considered an "absence." Students should use Turnitin to check their own reports before submitting them, but do not include the comparison results when submitting the report. o Report Content: Can be in Chinese or English, 1 to 2 pages of A4 paper, please write your name-student ID-date. o Report File Name: Date_Student ID_Name (e.g., 0928_410355XXX_Fu Pan Da) 5. Students who take courses across schools should apply for E3 system access from the curriculum group of their own school, upload their reflection reports to E3, and the teaching assistant will set up the E3 system to automatically perform Turnitin originality checks when collecting reports. 6. The lecture/presentation by the psychological counselor once per semester does not require a report to be submitted. 7. The Special Topics Lecture course will be graded as "Pass" or "Fail." III. Course Convention: Since the projection and audio equipment in the lecture hall are highly susceptible to interference from electronic signals, please turn off your wireless network connection during class.
