生醫工程實驗

Course Descriptions and Objectives: This course introduces biomedical engineering theory and practices through laboratory experiments. There will be three hours of lecture and laboratory experiments each week for 9-10 weeks. There will be a team oral final project proposal presentation, a team oral final project presentation and an individual written final project report.

Prerequisite: Students need to have taken Electronic Circuit 1 (電子學(一)), and Electronic Circuit Lab. (電子實驗(一)) (or concurrent taken the Electronic Circuit Lab.) This is a required course for students interested in the undergraduate biomedical engineering program in the Electrical Engineering Department. The lecture will be delivered in English. The teaching assistants will help students with the weekly laboratory. They will speak both Chinese and English.

A class website will be announced during the first lecture. Please make sure your email registered with the university is up to date so that we can make announcements through email.

Description of Course Details: 1. There will be weekly handouts. 2. There will be 9~10 weekly laboratory assignments. 3. There will be a final project proposal, an oral presentation and a written final project report. The semester grade = 50% from the 9~10 weekly laboratory grades + 50% from the final project oral presentation and a 5+ pages written report.
