This course introduces the corporate finance and focuses on how companies invest in real assets, how they raise the money to pay for the investments, and how those assets ultimately affect the value of the firm. The topics include the valuation of assets, the corporate risk and return, the financing and corporate capital structure.

第一次上課除非有正當的理由,否則未到場視同棄此門課 若要加選同學, 請於開學第一次上課到場進行抽籤加選。 目前預計將以財金(管科)/財金(管科)雙主修/金融科技學程/管院生/財金輔系/大四生/其餘學生為優先考量順序加選, 以上學生若要加選員額太多,會再進行抽籤決定。
