科技社會創業創新管理研究

人工智慧崛起、地緣政治浪潮來襲,身處台灣我們該如何思考並理解變動中的科技、社會與國際情勢?本課程希望能引導學生透過分析新興科技與社會相互影響的輪廓,探討創新創業管理的時勢議題,本課程為跨校區課程,課程設計突破現行教科書、課程既有的限制,在科技社會創業創新管理議題中透過設計思考流程實作之學習,解決複雜多變的全球化國際創新政策層面研究議題,配合業師共授,傳授創業管理、科技社會永續發展實務。本課程主要教學目標包含科技管理領域之主要研究方法訓練以及科技創新管理領域重要理論與實務文獻賞析,尤其著重在 (1)文獻或重要理論之搜尋與評析、(2) 研究設計或架構之制定、(3)定量或定性之研究執行、(4)學術論文寫作。課程實作過程中將帶入近期逐漸受到重視的負責任創新的理解與應用,設計出能夠滿足多元社會需求的解決方案,提升科技應用的公平性與可及性。課程將從負責任創新的理論基礎出發,參考英國研究與創新局(UK Research and Innovation, UKRI)定義的負責任創新AREA架構,預期(Anticipate)、反思(Reflect)、參與(Engage)、行動(Act),透過系統化的研究方法與實務應用,使學生能夠在科技社會創業創新管理中納入永續社會責任考量。課程將引導學生分析科技創新帶來的潛在影響,探索其經濟、社會與永續、創新等科技社會各層面的可能影響及社會變遷。 The primary objectives of this course include training in key research methods in the field of technology management and an in-depth review of important theoretical and practical literature in technology innovation management. A particular focus is placed on understanding and applying responsible innovation to design solutions that address diverse societal needs, thereby enhancing the fairness and accessibility of technological applications. The course will build upon the theoretical foundations of responsible innovation, drawing on the UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) definition of responsible innovation through the AREA framework: Anticipate, Reflect, Engage, and Act. By integrating systematic research methods with practical applications, students will learn to incorporate social responsibility considerations into technology innovation management. The course will guide students in analyzing the potential impacts of technological innovations, exploring their possible economic, social, and environmental consequences while emphasizing open dialogue and stakeholder engagement throughout the research and innovation process.

本課程對先修課程不特別要求,僅需對科技管理或創新創業有興趣。 Graduated students who are interested in the management of technology are all welcome.
