當前全球面臨社會不平等加劇、科技發展帶來的倫理與治理挑戰,以及永續發展壓力,如何透過創新治理機制促進更公平且負責任的科技發展,已成為學術界與政策制定者關注的核心議題。本課程聚焦於ESG(環境、社會、治理),特別是社會(S)與治理(G)層面,並結合負責任創新(Responsible Innovation, RI)與包容導向創新(Inclusive Innovation)的理論與實踐,培養學生對科技發展與社會變遷的理解及應用能力。課程內容導入包容導向創新、聯合國永續發展目標(Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs)、ESG企業永續報告機制,以及負責任創新的核心概念,透過探索式教學場域,讓學生深入理解科技治理的挑戰與可能解方。本課程不僅關注科技創新的社會影響,也探討政策規範、企業治理、社會責任及創新生態系統的建構,使學生能夠理解如何透過科技與創新實踐促進社會可持續發展。本課程將從負責任創新的理論基礎出發,參考英國研究與創新局(UK Research and Innovation, UKRI)所定義的負責任創新AREA架構,包括預期(Anticipate)、反思(Reflect)、參與(Engage)、行動(Act)。透過系統化的研究方法與實務應用,學生將學習如何在科技創新與社會發展的交互作用中納入永續社會責任考量,分析科技創新可能帶來的影響,探索其在經濟、社會、治理等層面的變遷,並透過開放對話與多元利害關係人的參與機制,設計出能夠回應社會需求的創新方案。 The primary objectives of this course include training in key research methods in the field of technology management and an in-depth review of important theoretical and practical literature in technology innovation management. A particular focus is placed on understanding and applying responsible innovation to design solutions that address diverse societal needs, thereby enhancing the fairness and accessibility of technological applications. The course will build upon the theoretical foundations of responsible innovation, drawing on the UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) definition of responsible innovation through the AREA framework: Anticipate, Reflect, Engage, and Act. By integrating systematic research methods with practical applications, students will learn to incorporate social responsibility considerations into technology innovation management. The course will guide students in analyzing the potential impacts of technological innovations, exploring their possible economic, social, and environmental consequences while emphasizing open dialogue and stakeholder engagement throughout the research and innovation process.
本課程對先修課程不特別要求,僅需對科技管理或創新創業有興趣。 Graduated students who are interested in the management of technology are all welcome.
