概述

本課程將涵蓋用於醫療診斷的常用臨床和可穿戴感測器。本課程的主要目的是使學生對如何將生物信號和生理結構轉化為電子資訊有一個全面性的瞭解。主題包括一般感測器性質、生理感測器、成像感測器和分子感測器。我們將從生理學、病理學、信號處理和設備操作的角度來理解每種感測方法的物理原理和局限性。本課程不會包括詳細的設計程序,因此這門課不需要大學物理以外的背景。 生理感測器將設有個人實驗的部分,教導所有感測器中常見的準確性、干擾、變化和統計原理。 我們還將介紹人工智慧在分類、正則化、補強和生成方面的基本用法,包括通過假設檢驗防止資訊過度擬合。 (1) 瞭解感測的基本概念以及生理參數和生物標誌的測量。 (2) 瞭解各種生物感測器的理論、實行和局限性,包括生理感測器、醫學成像和分子感測器。 (3) 使用信號處理, 統計技術, 機器學習來解釋時域序列和成像的傳感結果。
