本課程主要透過參與醫院護理管理之實習，學習與應用護理管理之理論概念，並引導學生認識目前醫院護理行政管理系統、護理領導者所具備之專業能力及角色、臨床主要的專業照護模式與成效及所面臨的挑戰。藉以強化學生認同護理行政管理的價值與貢獻，進而願意積極探討行政與管理工作者，在面臨快速變化大環境下，所應具備的價值觀、跨團隊合作理念、專業的行政與管理知識、技能、解決問題能力以及領導作風等。培養與塑造學生具備成為未來護理行政管理者典範的基礎。 This course mainly teaches and applies theoretical concepts of nursing management by participating in hospital nursing management internships and guides students to understand the current nursing administrative management system, the professional performance and roles of nursing leaders, the clinical nursing models, and the outcomes and challenges faced. To strengthen students' recognition of the value and contribution of nursing administration and then be willing to actively explore the values, cross-team cooperation, administrative and management knowledge, skills, and knowledge that nurses should possess in the face of a rapidly changing environment—problem-solving skills and leadership style, etc. The purpose is to cultivate and shape students into professional role models for future nursing administrators. 二、 完成此課程後，學生可以達到下列目標: 1. 印證行政與管理之理論與實務案例。 2. 認識護理領導者所具備之專業能力及角色行為。 3. 分析護理行政及管理上所呈現之問題。 After completing this course, students can achieve the following goals: 1. Confirm the theory and practical cases of administration and management. 2. Understand the professional abilities and role behaviors of nursing leaders. 3. Analyze problems in nursing administration and management.
護理管理與行政概論
臨床實習 實習心得 小組討論
1. 臨床實習40% 2. 實習心得10％，依據實習目標，第一週及第三週各撰寫一篇心得，於該週與指導老師討論時繳交並上傳至e3。 3. 參與討論會10％，每週與指導老師討論，時間與地點請小組長與指導老師聯繫，討論內容由指導老師另訂。 4. 專案查核表40%，請於實習評值會議前將表格上傳至e3。 5. 臨床實習評值表(附件二)請在實習結束前先自評後再給單位護理長。 6. 實習課程評表 (附件三)，請在實習最後一週前上e3填寫，以利實習檢討會討論
