課程概述與目標： 本課程是為護理學系四年級學生所設計，主要是透過臨床或健康照護過程中常見之倫理困境案例，介紹護理倫理學之基本理論概念，引導學生思考並認識臨床工作常見之醫療倫理議題，分析造成倫理困境之多層次原因，運用理論架構作為思辨之基礎，思考困境中個人與他者的價值抉擇；進而，澄清護理專業及自我的角色，並如何提升面對倫理困境的能力。本課程的教學活動，除了講述部份外，將特別安排影片教學、課堂小組討論，透過團體對話，拓展倫理關懷的視野。 1. 了解倫理學相關理念的發展。 2. 提升分析倫理議題的深度與廣度。 3. 透過反思實踐與批判性思考，促進專業角色成長。 4. 培養對話與同感的能力，並精實論述與書寫能力。 5. 學習相互傾聽、理解與團隊合作。 6. 促進彼此心靈成長。
