顱頸部與顳顎關節之物理治療

本課程旨在使學生建立對顳顎關節及其與上頸椎複合體之間功能關聯的基礎理解，並培養臨床應用的初步能力。學生將學習上頸椎、舌頭、顳顎關節、眼睛與頭顱等關鍵結構之解剖及相關神經支配，理解它們如何共同影響頭頸部姿勢、咀嚼、吞嚥及頭部功能。課程同時強調物理治療師在此領域的角色，透過系統化的徒手檢查與操作示範，學生將能辨識常見的功能障礙模式，並了解基本介入策略。本課程期望學生在完成後，具備整合性思維，能初步評估顳顎關節與上頸椎之交互作用，並為後續進階臨床技能奠定基礎。 本課程之學生能達成以下目標： 1. 了解上頸部複合體的概念及元素 2. 知道如何透過物理治療的徒手手法和運動來調整上頸部複合體 This course aims to help students establish a fundamental understanding of the functional relationship between the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and the craniocervical area, while developing basic clinical application skills. Students will learn the anatomy and neural innervation of key structures including the upper cervical spine, tongue, TMJ, eyes, and cranium, and understand how they collectively influence head and neck posture, mastication, swallowing, and cranial functions. The course emphasizes the role of physical therapists in this domain. Through systematic manual assessment and hands-on demonstrations, students will learn to identify common dysfunction patterns and acquire basic intervention strategies. By the end of the course, students are expected to develop integrative thinking skills, perform preliminary assessments of the interaction between the TMJ and upper quadrant area, and lay a foundation for advanced clinical competencies. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Understand the concept and elements of the upper quadrant area 2. 完成物理治療臨床實習36週以上

課堂講授、實習、案例實作分析報告

出席率10%、期中考45%、期末考45% *凡期中考、期末考請假者，除公假、喪假、急重病或臨時發生緊急重大不可抗力之變故外，皆須經課程負責老師同意，方得補考。其補考後之成績應打9折。
