每週兩小時，講授為主 本課旨在運用公共政策的觀點，深入認識在民主體制之下，形成和實施衛生政策時，可能遭遇的過程和演變。
碩班生有學習興趣，博班生須有論文研究的需求
講授為主
課堂參與30%，期末口頭報告30%，期末書面報告40% 期末口頭報告：從老師提供的書單中(待提供)，選一篇做讀書報告。 期末書面報告： 1. 延伸口頭報告的內容，提出擴大的文獻探討和深思熟慮的見解。 2. 於2025年6月13日(週五)晚上11:59PM前繳交，A4，碩班生3-4頁，博班生6-10頁，第一行註明學生姓名和學號，寄至E3，turnitin自動比對。 3. 遲交者扣分，視情節嚴重性扣分，最嚴重者可為報告零分。 4. 凡書面報告有抄襲、他人代寫，或/和使用文字生成器產生內容，無論事後有無修改，但未清楚註明，以上凡經查獲屬實者，視情節嚴重程度扣分，最嚴重可為零分。 本課接受旁聽，旁聽學生須做口頭報告。
