概述
本課程內容以導讀製藥產業政策與經濟面的教材與文獻資料為主，以教師授課及學生討論為輔。第一階段以藥事經濟的基礎概念與製藥產業為導向，涵蓋我國、日本、歐盟與全球製藥產業之探討為閱讀基礎 。第二階段則以特定領域的議題，包含智財權法律實務，經濟評估方法以及生物科技藥品的管理與發展作為課堂討論的基礎。學生選修本課程，除需按課程進度閱讀資料與參與討論外，並需選擇題材，進行文獻探討之口頭報告，本課程並有期末考試。
先修科目
授課對象為不具備藥學領域知識背景，或是雖具有藥學背景、但是對醫療經濟領域不熟悉的公共衛生、衛生福利或醫務管理研究所的研究生；對生技製藥產業有興趣的其他領域高年級學生或研究生，亦為本課程的授課目標族群。
教學方式
(1) 選課學生一學期請假或缺課不得超過三次，否則無法給予學期分數。 (2) 上課時間與地點：每週星期二 15:30 - 17:20 (陽明校區護理館613教室)，本課程授課方式採現場實體與視訊同步。
評分方式
閱讀資料報告佔20%，出席及課堂討論20%，期末筆試60%。
