Molecular Toxicology explores the molecular mechanisms through which xenobiotics, drugs, and environmental pollutants interact with biological systems. Topics include effects on gene expression, signaling pathways, apoptosis, oxidative stress, DNA damage and repair, carcinogenesis, and immunotoxicity. The course emphasizes linking molecular and cellular findings to organ toxicity and disease development. Modern toxicology research approaches such as omics, alternative animal testing, and New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) will also be introduced. 分子毒理學是探討外來化學物質（xenobiotics）、藥物、環境污染物與生物體交互作用之分子機制的學科。課程內容涵蓋毒性物質如何影響基因表現、訊息傳導路徑、細胞凋亡、氧化壓力、DNA 損傷與修復，以及致癌與免疫毒性等分子基礎。本課程強調將分子與細胞層級的研究結果，連結至器官毒性與疾病發展，並介紹現代毒理學研究方法，如組學分析 (omics)、動物替代試驗及新方法學 (New approach methods, NAMs)。
