概述
Course abstract： Gene and cell therapy is a rapidly evolving field aimed at treating diseases by editing genes and target cells. This course will explore the fundamental principles of gene therapy and cell therapy, focusing on the latest research and clinical applications, including strategies for treating genetic disorders, cancer, and other diseases. Students will learn about the relevant biological mechanisms, various delivery methods, clinical trial designs, and the ethical implications of these therapies. 基因與細胞治療是旨在通過編輯細胞基因來治療疾病的領域。本課程將探討基因療法和細胞療法的基本原理，重點關注最新的研究和臨床應用，包括治療罕見遺傳性疾病、癌症和其他疾病的策略。學生將學習相關的生物學機制、各種基因遞送方法、臨床試驗設計以及這些療法的倫理影響。
