限已完成臨床實習之高年級物理治療學系相關學生

物理治療是一個充滿活力和進步的職業，在實證、創新、教育、終身學習和公共宣傳方面不斷取得進步。物理治療服務可以促進女性的健康，解決諸如孕婦產前產後照護、尿失禁評估與治療、骨質疏鬆症等問題。物理治療師與中醫合作，可以從不同角度給予患者更完善的治療，認識並了解中醫的醫學思考模式，可以讓物理治療師更能發展出互敬互補的模式，發揮中醫物理治療的特色。物理治療師在表演藝術中扮演著寶貴的幕後角色，為舞者、音樂家、花樣滑冰運動員、體操運動員、馬戲團演員和演員提供服務。其他如癌症復健、職場健康促進、肌肉骨骼超音波與X光影像判讀、醫學美容相關物理治療等也是物理治療服務的新興領域。 本課程之學生能達成以下目標： 1. 了解新興領域物理治療內容與模式 2. 學習新興領域物理治療知識與技能 PT is a dynamic and progressive profession with continued advances in evidence-based and innovative practice, education, lifelong learning and public advocacy.  Physical therapy practices can also incorporate women's health, addressing issues such as pain and discomfort during pregnancy, incontinence, and osteoporosis, etc.  PTs can work with Chinese Medicine doctors and provide a comprehensive care strategy for clients through understanding the theory and philosophy of Chinese Medicine.  PTs play a valuable behind-the-scenes role in the performing arts, providing services to dancers, musicians, figure skaters, gymnasts, circus performers and actors.  Other areas including cancer rehabilitation, occupational health promotion, interpretation of the musculoskeletal imaging, and physical therapy for aesthetic medicine will be also introduced. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to 1. Understand the content of physical therapy in emerging fields 2. Learn the knowledge and skills of physical therapy in emerging fields **配合業師時間，上課時間依實際課表安排為準

出席率10%、期中考45%、期末考45% *凡期中考、期末考請假者，除公假、喪假、急重病或臨時發生緊急重大不可抗力之變故外，皆須經課程負責老師同意，方得補考。其補考後之成績應打9折。
