概述

本科目為免疫學進階課程,建議修過免疫學之學生選修。授課老師取材主要來自文獻,深入討論免疫學最新進展,課程目標是期望同學對於免疫學能有完整的概念,熟悉理解文獻內容,並靈活應用在自己的研究中。 本課程探討基礎免疫學課程中未涵蓋的免疫學相關主題。其中部分內容著重於特殊的先天免疫細胞,如巨噬細胞、樹突細胞、顆粒球以及自然殺手細胞(NK 細胞)。另有主題聚焦於免疫系統與其他身體系統之間的交互作用,例如免疫代謝、神經免疫學,以及微生物群與免疫系統之間的互動。本課程由該領域之專家學者授課,部分課程將以英語進行。 This is an advanced immunology course, recommended for students who have taken a prior immunology course. The instructors draw primarily from the literature, discussing the latest developments in immunology in depth. The course aims to give students a comprehensive understanding of immunology, familiarity with the literature, and the ability to apply this knowledge in their research. This course explores immunology-related topics not covered in the basic immunology course. Some content focuses on specific innate immune cells, such as macrophages, dendritic cells, granulocytes, and natural killer cells (NK cells). Other topics focus on the interactions between the immune system and other body systems, such as immunometabolism, neuroimmunology, and the interaction between the microbiome and the immune system. This course is taught by experts in the field, and some lectures will be conducted in English.

評分方式

本課程的最終成績將依據期中考(40%)、期末考(40%)以及課堂參與(20%)評定。在某些情況下,作業可能會取代期末考的部分比重。 The final course grade will be based on a mid-term exam (40%), a final exam (40%), and class participation (20%). In some cases, assignments may replace parts of the final exam.
