概述

課程概述: 本課程旨在培養學生運用 R 軟體 進行健康經濟評估與決策分析的能力,特別聚焦於成本效益分析(Cost-Effectiveness Analysis, CEA)的理論基礎與程式實作。課程內容涵蓋 R 基礎與進階語法、健康經濟模型(馬可夫模型、分割存活模型、微觀模擬)的建構方法,以及 heemod 等套件的應用。除了熟悉現有工具之外,學生亦將學習如何從理論基礎出發,不使用已發表之套件自建模型,以提升對模型結構、假設與不確定性分析的理解。課程同時將帶領學生進行R Shiny 互動介面的開發,強化結果傳達與政策應用的能力。 課程目標: 掌握成本效益分析、馬可夫模型(Markov Models)、分割存活模型(Partitioned SurvivalModels)及微觀模擬(Microsimulation)等方法的原理與應用情境。 熟練 R 軟體程式設計,能獨立撰寫程式進行資料處理與模型建構。 能夠使用 heemod 與相關工具,建構並分析健康經濟模型,進行決策分析。

先修科目

基礎統計概念、藥事經濟特論(未修課者請先與授課老師討論),具備存活分析和 R 程式基礎能力

教學方式

The course follows a flipped classroom approach, requiring students to thoroughly read the course materials in advance. The first two hours of each session will begin with a brief overview of the key topics, followed by student-led discussions. Afterward, students will present briefings and engage in Q&A, with class participation being a key component of the evaluation. During the third hour, students will take turns supplementing the previous lecture's content with independent literature reviews and share their insights with classmates. For the final assessment, students can choose between submitting a final report or taking an exam.

評分方式

 Class Participation and Preparation (60%) – Students are expected to actively engage with the coursematerials, prepare briefing materials, and participate in class discussions, including Q&A sessions.  Literature Review and Oral Presentation (30%) – Students will conduct a literature review to identifythe most up-to-date journal articles relevant to the course and present their findings through an oralpresentation.  Final Term Paper or Examination (10%) – TBD
