一、課程簡介 (Course Description)： 護理人員有權利與責任影響健康照護政策的形成。本課程提供學生方法與方向去瞭解政策形成的 過程、認識與重要健康議題相關的衛生政策內涵；並期望學生能應用理論與概念分析健康政策的 內涵，以及確認其與護理的關係。此外，本課程強調應用以實證為基礎的方法於健康照護策略的 發展及健康照護政策與策略的效果評值，以達增進健康水準的目的。 Nurses have the right and the responsibility to influence the development of strategies and healthcare policies. This course provides students with methods and directions for learning about the strategy, policy-making process, and context of health policy related to essential health issues. Then, students could apply the theory and concept to analyze health policy and clarify its relationship with nursing. This course also emphasizes the evidence-based approach used in designing healthcare strategies and evaluating the effectiveness of health policies and strategies to enhance health outcomes. 二、教學目標 (Course Objectives)： 1. To understand the health care delivery system, health policies, strategies, and services. 2. To understand and analyze the current health policies and formation processes. 3. To evaluate approaches to the policy process in solving health problems. 4. To analyze the policy-making process, including how a program becomes a policy and regulation process. 5. To analyze current issues in the health-related field that have an impact on public health 6. Evaluate various policy analysis techniques and select appropriate techniques for different policies. 7. To conduct policy analysis research to contribute to the development of nursing science. 8. To evaluate the effectiveness of health policies and strategies based on an evidence-based approach.
