概述

課程概述與目標: 詳細概論光學光譜理論‚並介紹如何將這些理論運用於現代分子和細胞生物物理和生物化學◦ This course will provide fundamental concepts on optical spectroscopy, which is used to study the structure and function of biological macromolecules. This course aims to help students develop a physical understanding of daily-used instruments in biophysical and biochemistry laboratories.
