Course descriptions and objectives: This course is designed to enable students to define, develop, and promote innovative initiatives for the creation of new ventures. Students will acquire both conceptual knowledge and practical training necessary for navigating the entrepreneurial process, including opportunity recognition, resource mobilization, and team building, supported by effective communication, creativity, and leadership. The course is structured around participation in an international startup business plan competition, which serves as a capstone experience. Through iterative business model development, mentoring, and presentations, students will learn not only how to prepare a viable startup proposal but also how to think and act entrepreneurially in real-world contexts. Learning Objectives/Goals: • Recognize and frame entrepreneurial opportunities •Design and iterate a coherent business model • Evaluate venture feasibility through evidence and iteration • Develop and communicate a compelling business plan • Build entrepreneurial execution skills • Collaborate effectively in an entrepreneurial team context • Reflect on and internalize an entrepreneurial mindset
