企業永續治理創新策略規劃

本課程聚焦於探討企業如何在全球永續發展趨勢與社會責任要求下，制定有效的治理策略並實踐創新。課程將介紹企業永續治理與企業社會責任的核心理念，並進一步延伸至 ESG 評估架構、永續報告實務，以及預期治理與負責任創新的應用。透過案例分析、專題研討與實務演練，學生將能理解如何設計兼具經濟效益與社會價值的永續策略，並培養規劃與執行社會創新專案的能力。課程同時重視批判性思維與行動實作，期望學生能在理論與實務之間建立連結，並反思企業在永續轉型過程中所承擔的社會影響與責任。 This course explores how corporations can formulate effective governance strategies and implement innovative practices in response to global sustainability trends and social responsibility demands. It introduces the core concepts of corporate sustainability governance and corporate social responsibility (CSR), extending to ESG assessment frameworks, sustainability reporting practices, as well as the theories and applications of anticipatory governance and responsible innovation. Through case studies, project-based learning, and practical exercises, students will learn how to design sustainability strategies that integrate both economic performance and social value. The course emphasizes critical thinking and hands-on practice, encouraging students to reflect on the societal impact and responsibilities of businesses during sustainability transitions.

需對科技管理或創新創業有相關基礎知識。 Graduated students who are interested in the management of technology are all welcome.
