Python程式設計

Python is a popular programming language for many purposes including artificial intelligence applications. Python is easy to learn. This course aims to introduce the basic programming skills to non-EECS st¬udents. After studying this course, students can design a program with Python for data processing and numerical analysis. This course will assign about 12 exercises for practicing. Two exams will be used to evaluate your learning. You will be required to solve several problems in three hours for each exam. * All lectures take place in the classroom, not online. * This course is part of the Linguistics and Artificial Intelligence Certificate Program. * EE and CS students are not allowed to join this course. * Other non-EE and CS students, including graduate students, are welcome to join this course if the number of attendees is below 60 before the registration deadline. To enroll, please email the instructor during the second week of the semester with your student ID, department, grade level, and course type. Python是易學易用的程式語言，學習門檻不高且能用在各種領域，也是開發人工智慧應用程式的常用程式語言。此課程希望能讓非資訊學系的學生能對程式設計有初步的概念且產生學習興趣，並運用在其它課程上，對日後的研究與就業也會有所幫助。本課程每週都會有程式設計的作業，總共會有約12次的作業。學生可由大量的實作練習，提升程式設計的實務經驗以及演算法的思考能力。本課程也會有兩次測驗，分別在期中與期末。每次測驗讓學生挑戰在三小時完成數個程式設計問題，以評量學生的程式設計的熟練度與問體解決能力。 * 實體上課，無線上上課。 * 本課程屬於"語言學與人工智能學分學程"。 * 本課程是開設給較缺乏機會接觸程式設計的學生。電機與資訊學院學生恕不接受選課與加簽。 * 非電機與資訊學院的同學(含碩、博士生)，若在選課截止日前三天上課人數仍未滿66人，即可加簽，欲加簽的同學，請於開學第二周，將您的學號、系級、姓名、課程分類email給老師即可。不在這時間內寄信者，恕不受理。

選修「Python 程式設計」課程者，需具備計算機概論以及作業系統基本操作。 Students interested in taking “Python Programming” should be familiar with basic computer operations and fundamental computer concepts.
