護理管理與行政概論

課程概述 本課程主要是介紹行政與管理之理論概念與護理管理之業務範疇，引導學生認識目前護理行政管理系統、相關基本理論與發展背景、護理領導者所具備之專業能力及角色、臨床主要的專業照護模式與成效及所面臨的挑戰。藉以強化護理行政管理的價值與貢獻，進而培養身負實際行政與管理工作者，在面臨快速變化大環境下，所應具備的價值觀、跨團隊合作理念、專業的行政與管理知識、技能、解決問題能力以及領導作風等。 This course primarily introduces the theoretical concepts of administration and management, as well as the scope of nursing management. It guides students in understanding the current nursing administrative management system, related fundamental theories and development background, nursing leaders' professional abilities and roles, and the primary clinical care models, outcomes, and challenges. To strengthen the value and contribution of nursing administration, the content cultivates values, cross-team collaboration concepts, professional administrative and management knowledge, problem-solving skills, and leadership styles that nurses should possess in a rapidly changing environment. 課程目標 1. 學生能熟知衛生及醫護相關行政與管理之基本概念。 2. 學生能了解目前護理管理之業務範疇。 3. 學生能分析護理管理問題與案例。 4. 學生能了解護理領導者所具備之專業能力及角色行為。 Course objectives: 1. Students can be familiar with the fundamental healthcare-related administration and management concepts. 2. Students can understand the current business scope of nursing management. 3. Students can analyze nursing management issues and cases. 4. Students can understand nursing leaders' professional abilities and role behaviors.
