本課程之目的是讓學生藉由實際模擬常見障礙者樣態，體驗障礙者的困難，進而學會運用所學之相關專業知能及相關輔具，規劃障礙者之日常生活功能訓練。課程內容包含有(1)以ICF精神認識日常功能各面向與其對應輔具分類應用(CNS15390)。(2)常見障礙者的各種功能狀態模擬，針對常見之神經系統、骨骼肌肉系統所造成之障礙狀態的了解，並能確實模仿其樣態，以作為本課程操作實務的基礎。(3)實際模擬各種障礙樣態並規劃其日常生活功能訓練，針對各類障礙者的轉移位能力、步行功能、輪椅與電動輪椅的運用、輔助溝通方式、進食、備餐技巧、照顧者餵食技巧、口腔衛生照顧、如廁、沐浴、衣著、家務維持…等日常生活功能訓練，並強調除增強個案生理功能外，尚可運用相關代償方式、輔助科技及其他協助者的協助技巧。 This course is to enable students to experience the difficulties encountered by the persons with disabilities with simulating the status of common incapacity and disability status, and then learn to use the relevant professional knowledge and related assistive devices in functional training for activities of daily living. The course content includes (1) the understanding of everyday functions (ICF) and the application of corresponding assistive devices (CNS 15390). (2) The simulation of incapacity and various disability statuses associated with diseases or injuries of the nervous system and musculoskeletal system. (3) Simulate various types of disability and plan their daily life function training, including communication, mobility, self care, and domestic acivities.
