這堂課程將引導學生從基礎走向前沿,系統性地建立對口腔組織工程的整體視野與臨床應用潛力的認知。課程內容不僅涵蓋細胞生物學、免疫學與材料科學的核心原理,還將強調如何將這些學科整合,形成跨領域的思維框架。 學生將深入了解仿生材料設計與細胞操作技術,特別是如何透過調控細胞外基質與免疫微環境,驅動組織再生與免疫調控。此外,課程會探討組織工程在口腔相關疾病治療的發展,並連結至再生醫學與免疫工程的最新研究趨勢。 This course will guide students from foundational concepts to cutting-edge developments, fostering a systematic understanding of oral tissue engineering and its clinical application potential. The curriculum not only covers the core principles of cell biology, immunology, and materials science, but also emphasizes the integration of these disciplines to cultivate an interdisciplinary framework of thinking. Students will gain in-depth knowledge of biomimetic material design and cellular manipulation techniques, with particular focus on how modulation of the extracellular matrix and immune microenvironment can drive tissue regeneration and immune regulation. In addition, the course will explore the development of tissue engineering approaches for oral disease treatment, linking these advances to the latest trends in regenerative medicine and immunoengineering.
