Quality has become one of the most important characteristics for an enterprise to survive in this competitive world. The objective of this course is to equip students with appropriate and practical knowledge in quality control and management. Basic concepts and contents of quality management and the use of modern statistical methods for quality control and improvement will be introduced in this course. We will also include the tools, principles and their applications of modern quality practice in the course material.

Any reference or required material in addition to the assigned textbook will be posted on NCTU’s New eCampus III (http://e3.nycu.edu.tw ) prior to each class.
