高科技電子產業要求在高精密度規格下達到高品質的水準，一般傳統的品質管理技術方法與工具 皆無法應用以達到對品質計量性的衡量，故本課程介紹製程能力指標發展的領域以及方法 (1) 學習製程能力與製程品質之間的關係 (2) 學習製程能力對產業發展的重要性 (3) 學習製程能力量測品質之各種標準 (4) 學習製程能力量測品質之各種方法 (5) 熟習製程能力量測方法在各種產業的應用 The high-tech electronics industry demands achieving high-quality standards under highly precise specifications. Classical discrete quality management techniques and tools cannot deal with these problems. This course introduces the methods and applications of process capability analysis. (1) Learning the relationship between process capability and process quality. (2) Understanding the importance of process capability for industrial development. (3) Learning the various standards for measuring process quality. (4) Learning the various methods for measuring process quality. (5) Becoming familiar with the application of process capability measurement methods in various industries.
